“My wife and I just had a new sunroom built and were struggling with how we wanted to set up the space. I researched local interior designers/decorators and the services Julie offered seemed like a good match. I called and she answered right away and started talking about our needs. Later that afternoon she text me with a day the following week she could come by for an hour consultation. She was very thorough with listening to how we envisioned using the space and helped us plan out all the details, including the styles of furniture, wall hangings, and other accessories. While she was there she viewed some of the other spaces on the first floor of our home to get a sense for our likes and dislikes and took that into account and also pointed out what works with some of our other spaces and where we might be able to enhance some spaces. It was a workday so my wife and I didn’t have the time to go beyond the first hour, but could’ve easily reviewed 2 or 3 other rooms with Julie by extending the consultation another hour. The next day we did our shopping and went to several stores and her recommendations provided us the focus we needed so that we weren’t wandering aimlessly, but had a plan and we knew what we were looking for. We made the majority of our purchases that next day and had our space set up a week later when the furniture deliveries started arriving. We had the chance to enjoy our lovely new space each day this past weekend and are so grateful and excited for the moments we’ll share in this space with friends and families for years to come.
